AI Vision Analysis
The system combines a hyperspectral camera, dedicated light source, and AI vision recognition to capture dried longan images on the production line and analyze appearance features in sync.

Defect Detection
It identifies cracked fruit, flat or underfilled fruit, size variation, color abnormalities, shape irregularities, and surface defects to help maintain consistent quality standards.

Real-Time Sorting
Dried longans are evenly fed into the system by an infeed conveyor. Image capture and AI analysis are completed in real time, supporting continuous-line inspection and rapid sorting.

Automatic Grading
AI algorithms automatically determine grades according to appearance quality and direct dried longans into different collection areas for packaging or export preparation.
